Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they were damaged during transit as we will not sell damaged products to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@squeakybeauty.co.uk and send your item to Squeaky Services Limited, 48 Osborne Road, Basildon. Essex. SS16 4AR
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Squeaky Beauty Store is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.
You will be able to view the order on your account on our website when you log in, and you can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. We will not be held responsible if you do not change the shipping address on time.
Better still, you may email us on time before we ship from the email address used to purchase the item(s).

We only sell and ship within the United Kingdom.
