Orders and Shipping

We currently offer standard delivery services exclusively to customers within the UK mainland.
Orders are processed promptly, within up to 24 hours of purchase.
Dispatch occurs from Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next working day.
Our logistics team strives to dispatch your order promptly, and we aim to deliver it within 48 hours after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and external circumstances. Squeaky Beauty Store is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
As of now, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping services outside the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Squeaky Beauty Store is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.
If you need to modify your order or delivery details, please contact our support team at the earliest convenience. Modifications may be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@squeakybeauty.co.uk. We will initiate an investigation and work towards a resolution.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Squeaky Services Limited, 48 Osborne Road, Basildon. Essex. SS16 4AR.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Squeaky Beauty Store is not responsible for items opened or damaged due to high pressure/altitude. These items will not be refunded or accepted for return.
Due to Squeaky Beauty Store’s large variety of items and constant volume of sales, occasionally, items listed for sale on the e-store may be out of stock. Squeaky Beauty Store will issue an immediate refund for items ordered but currently not in stock.
Products Damaged, Shipped in Error, or Not Received.
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouses. Although Squeaky Beauty Store products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit, or products may not reach their final destination. Please contact Customer Service if you receive a damaged or broken product or if you have not received your order. You will be asked to provide proof by photo to support@squeakybeauty.co.uk along with your order number attached, via email.
Make sure to save all contents, including packaging, for the courier company to investigate on any damaged order. Squeaky Beauty Store will then submit a claim to the carrier for their investigation. The investigation may take up to two business weeks to complete. Replacement items will not be shipped until the claim process has been resolved.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or a credit given only if the merchandise is damaged in transit or was shipped in error.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
